How
do I navigate Mobile Phone Planet effectively? |

Simply
click on either the make or model phone from the left hand
menu and you will be taken to general product categories.
If you are not sure of your phone model, press the make
button and check the pictures against your mobile.
Once
you have searched the catalogue and chosen what you want,
click the add to cart button, visit the checkout and enter
your details. It couldn't be simpler.

Is
your credit card system secure? |

Mobile
Phone Planet uses 128 bit encryption for credit card data.
Your credit card number is encrypted through the Java applet
which you enter it into, and is not decrypted until it reaches
our machines here. Your credit card number is not held in
plain text anywhere online. Mobile Phone Planet are not aware
of any security breaches using this specific method of credit
card transaction. The credit credit card system we use is
approved by the Which? Webtrader association and many High
Street banks. |

Will
changing my mobile phone cover affect my warranty? |

No.
Any mobile phone fascia sold at Mobile Phone Planet are for
mobile phones that are designed to have interchangeable fascia.
It is a very simple procedure to change covers on mobile phones
and is detailed in your user guide of your mobile phone. |

are "Licensed Housings"? |

Housings are covers that are officially endorsed, and copyright
of their individual owners. These covers are of a very high
standard which explains for their slightly higher price. Mobile
Phone Planet aim to provide these high quality licensed housings
at very competitive prices. |

What
is a hologram? |

The
holograms are designed to stick over the top of your fascia,
covering up the display. The holograms are translucent from
directly in front, but show the picture when looking at them
at an angle. This makes them very handy for stopping rogue
eyes seeing what you are texting to someone, and also make
your mobile look really trendy. |

the hands-free kit/cover/case I have seen fit my mobile phone? |

kits and all the other products that Mobile Phone Planet stock.

What
is a data cable? |

A
Data Cable allows you to connect your mobile phone to your
PC or laptop computer via the serial port. Amongst other
things, with a data cable you can get new ringtones, change
your operator logo and manage your SMS mailboxes.
Software
is not included with our data cables at present but we hope
to provide this service in the near future. The most commonly
used software is LogoManager
and can be download on a trial basis.
