- Making
A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into
the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection,
click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit
card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. All
prices include VAT and delivery charges (where applicable).
- Cancellation
Rights You
have 7 days after the receipt of goods to cancel your order
without reason for unwanted items (Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000) You will be responsible for the
cost of return and safe return of any product purchased after
which a refund of the purchase price will be made in full,
unless the goods have been mis-used, opened, or are in a condition
that warrants the product non-saleable. We
will refund you within 30 days of cancellation. Should the
goods not be returned within 30 days, you will be charged
from the refund to pay for an envelope and postage to return
the cancelled items.
- Faulty
Goods You
have 7 days after the receipt of goods to notify us of any
faults (Sale of Goods Act 1979). You are entitled to a full
refund for the product, or we can replace it.
- Complaints
In the event that you need to make a complaint about our service
and/or product/s, just make contact with us in anyway convenient
to you. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours
and you will be appointed a specific contact who will follow
your complaint through to its conclusion. Our standard guarantees
apply to complaints and our internal policies do not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Shipping
And Handling We
offer delivery for £1.99 per order. All orders will
be shipped Royal Mail 1st Class.
- Delivery
Schedule We understand that delivery time is
of the utmost importance. All possible orders are shipped
daily using 1st/2nd class royal mail which ensures 1-7 days
delivery for UK orders. In the event of an item being out
of stock we will notify you immediately with an expected delivery
time. If you have paid the upgrade to 1st Class mail and we
are unable to ship your order within the 3 day target, you
will not be charged the upgrade amount, but your order will
be sent 1st Class as soon as it is possible.
- Credit
Card Security We know of no documented cases
of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held
in clear text on any web site.
- Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are fully guaranteed
against defects on a replacement or refund basis.
